On the 19th and 20th of January, the fourth plenary meeting for the Horizon 2020 project SOCIO-BEE (Wearables and droneS fOr CIty Socio-Environmental Observations and BEhavioral ChangE) was held. The meetings were hosted in Barcelona by the project partner Bettair, and they represented an opportunity to share the progress on all the consortium activities.
Particular attention has been devoted to the definition of the coordination activities needed for the effective launch of pilot experiments. In this context, the technological solutions developed by SOCIO-BEE will be implemented for the first time in the actual settings of the municipalities of Ancona, Marousi and Zaragoza.
During the second day of meetings, CRIEP presented the progress and work plan for the upcoming months relative to Work Package 7 “Socio-economic sustainability of SOCIO-BEE”, which it leads. The presentation has represented an opportunity to invite consortium partners to the first CRIEP-organised clustering activity on the topic of Citizen Science economic impact evaluation.
